Oh my goodness. We placed a telephonic order for 4 pizzas just now and this took just short of 5 minutes! Plus, my husband dialled from his cellphone and had to hold on twice! This lady kept on saying "uhm" repeatedly, not too sure if our order will be right, guess we'll see in 10 minutes. If they offer a call in service, they should make sure that the people are COMPETENT, TRAINED and PROFESSIONAL!
