Romans Pizza
Wrong order, late and bad attitude

We got pizza on Tuesday evening, we phoned well in advanced to order pizzas. When we got there after 20min they weren't done. After waiting another 10 min the manager came to me and said she saw now she only made 2 of the 4 pizzas and I have to wait more. She didn't apologize once. All she did is stare at me. Then she said another 6 min. After 6 min still wasn't done. In all she not once tried to fix it or make up or even apologize.

It took 45min to make 4 pizzas, worst is they didn't offer anything to say sorry or for the wait.
