Ad quality of food at brackenhurst romans pizza

Last night the 27th of January I went and ordered 4 pizzas. 2 large and 2 medium. When I arrived home I realized the pizzas were under cooked and pale. the dough was soggy and there was almost no tomato base on any of the pizzas. I have been a regular customer at Romans over the past few years and know what to expect from what i order. I am extremely disappointed. the pizzas that were supplied only 1 out of the 4 were in edible condition.
