Unorganized chaos - 45min to get my orde

Unorganized chaos at your branch at Carnival City.

I am not impressed and appalled by the way things are done there.

It took 45min to order and get my food, which by the way is a pita with the meat and the add your own salads etc. shouldn't take that long

The area behind the counter as well as in front of the counter was dirty and untidy.

There was no control behind the counter and that caused confusion with the people ordering and the people being served.

There were only 2 people in front helping the customers and the poor lady on the till had to keep running to the back to cut up veggies.

Although the staff were pleasant I found the organization of the customers unprofessional and frustrating.

You need a sign that says order here and another sign that says pick up/make order here.
