Money Market Rudeness and Lack of Manners

We were there to book a bus, and someone had just left the counter. Not Knowing the procedure as there are no signs saying anything, we went to here counter. And we stood there for over 5minutes till we moved to another counter. She didn't say anything to us at all, she just looked at us and kept talking to her collegues, when I confronted her about her behaviour, she saw no wrong doing with what she did. Instead she became very rude and insunuated that we were just standing in front of her counter and not looking for any help so she ignored us. Because according to her a lot of people come and stand in front of her counter for no reason. Please could you deal with Zoleka Hlenti as she is unable to treat valuable customers well.
