Pathetic ridiculously sad service

I often buy food from Mc Donald's in Sandton were I receive fantastic service but since I was in the area I decided to stop at the Roodepoort Mc Donald's (big mistake) what a rotten branch!!! After entering I went to the counter and noticed that there was no specific line or order that the people were standing in so as usual I just tried to get as close as possible to the nearest till once I reached the front I expected to be asked for my order "no such luck" I tried to make eye contact with any staff member but that was just a waste of time as they were not interested in helping at all!!! After about 20 minutes I noticed that people who had arrived long after me were being served so I asked one of the staff members who was happily picking her nose what's going on since I'd been there for about 20 minutes?? I was given a real (I don't give a $h! t look) and told to stand in a line that had formed on the right of me by the only till they seemed to be operating, how pathetic after complaining they saw it fit to have a good laugh on my behalf as I walked out!!! I known Mc Donald's does not need my money so they won't be seeing it again!!
