Unacceptable Service

Went to your branch at Paddocks this morning and what a joke. They were obviously busy so we stood at the door waiting for somebody to help us. There is no system in place and nobody at the door to greet or queue customers. We were passed by numerous people without even an hallo. After 10 minutes the manager Tyrone walked PAST us again, up to the point where I had to say excuse me. Needless to say we rather went to the Wimpy, where we atleast know to expect bad service. The joke is that this is not the first time we have had such atrocious service at one of your branches. One in Gauteng one in Cape Town. Unacceptable Mugg&Bean!!! You are chasing your customers away through lack of planning and training!!!
