Kings of Chaos Queuing and Security

I would like to lay a complaint concerning how Sun City handled the Kings of Chaos concert on Saturday 15 June. There was absolutely no crowd control or any attempt by the Sun City staff to ensure a proper queuing system. I started queuing just after 3pm and at around 6pm, people started pushing in. The queue also ceased to be a line by this point. I confronted people who pushed in and informed them where the queue started. A particular couple refused to move when I told them that they were jumping the queue.

I then called security to ask the couple to move to the back of the line and to get a proper queue formed so as to prevent such issues. The security guard said he would get some other guards to help. He didn't come so I went to look for him again but couldn't find him so I spoke to another guard. The original guard then eventually came and spoke to the couple before disappearing again. My brother then went to speak to security about sorting the queue out but nobody came and there was no attempt whatsoever to get the queue under control.

I am extremely disappointed with how Sun City handled the crowd at the concert as I expected better and probably won't come again.
