SARS
Idiculously under staffed

I have been queuing for over two and a half hours at Sars Florida. I have file and submitted and paid for my tax return through efilling and I have a quick question. The call center agent couldn't help me and hung up the phone. I have now spent my whole morning queuing at Sars and I am still waiting! There is less than 30% of the staff available. This is absolutely ridiculous. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!
