KFC Randfontein is terrible!!!

I am very sad that KFC standards are degrading...
Friday 24th May, I treated my family to some KFC!!!

FIrstly, the staff are so unfriendly i want to climb out of my car and smack them! Friendliness cost nothing!!!
Then because its busy they try and rush you to make a decision...
When we got to the pick up window... the lady almost threw our bags into the window to get rid of us because there are too many cars waiting... needless to say i didnt even get a chance to check my order.. she just said it's all there... and waved me away...

WELL GUESS WHAT!!! NO IT WASNT ALL THERE!!! My poor daughter didnt get her food!!! AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!

I am so upset about this! What's wrong with the country??? where did our service delivery standards go???
