KFC
Hour waiting, placed in danger and still no food!!

We went to KFC for Take away, there was 11 cars in front of us, When the people form the taxi stopped there and all the people got out and walked to the front window and got helped before all of the people in the drive through line, the black people in the cars got out and also walked to the window and got helped then cars had to move out so they can reverse out there car after getting there food. When we got to the front after an hour, there were still people at the window we waited 20 min for the people standing at the window and still no one helped us. The car in front of us who complained got laughed at so we waited. Then when we asked them nicely if we can please order we have been waiting an hour, they said we have to wait they want there food. They got so aggressive and half way in our car we left with fear for our safety, being 2 woman in the car alone and 4 men outside the window. While driving home we phoned them telling them about the problem we just experienced, being no help they told us there are no people at the window, and then after a while said but they had to help them they had no car which was not true.
