Unfriendly, unhelpful staff

While down and the beachfront with my family on Sunday, we decided to treat the kids to an ice cream cone. There are MANY places along the beachfront that sell ice creams (some at more reasonable prices) but we decided on Milky Lane as we are confident in the quality and service we receive due to past experience.

Well... what a mistake! There are 2 small window that you are served from. We are ignored for almost five minutes apparently because we are at the wrong window (no signs indicating which is the one to use when placing your order, and I'm sure we were not ignored just because the 2 ladies on duty were wanting to finish their chat???) We move to the correct window, order our ice creams from a VERY unfriendly cashier (who also handled our cones with her bare hands), sit down at the nearby benches and watch in astonishment and dismay as the cashier proceeds to serve the next customer at the WRONG window!

Needless to say we will NEVER support that outlet again. Come on Milky Lane!!! So not what we are used to from you!
