Last nite i went to kfc and went threw the drive through. i ordered a cuppucino. i waited in the line for almost 20 minutes. when i got to the pick up window the staff ignored me and didnt even my contact with me. then the lady came to the window who took my order she said you want cappucino, then a other lady came back and told me the machines is off. how could the teller not know this. i had to wait there for nothing. not only that the attitudes is bad. i waisted my time, and petrol waiting there. bad service. and train your staff so that they can know when the machines get switched off
