Waiting period @ a so called 24 hour take aways

I placed an or @ roughly 3:25am, waited in a line of 4 cars, for over a half hour, mcdonalds has really lost their moto of a fast food take away service, pathetic I tell u, so eventually I get to the pick up window, and get asked what my order was, so what is your drive through intercom for, so I repeated my self, and the lady @ the window rudely turns her back, no appology, no reason for the wait, to top it all off they didn't even use a trill they used a calculator and gave me change without a slip, so how do u keep record of transactions, sounds corruption to me, besides that the staff, I mean all of them took it as a joke and never eve attempted to rectify this, what happend to client service, and meeting the clients needs, instead I am now paying mcdonalds to to meet their needs and standards, what about me as the customer, am I just here to pay u guys, PATHETiC to the maximum... I was your most loyal customer, now I will turn my back in disgust when I see a mcdonalds sign... what happend to hiring staff that able and willing to uplift your name!!!
