Don't go to this kfc

On the 29 April 2013 at 22:34 me and my sister went to Kfc Akasia to get some food. She ordered 2 family feasts were you get 3 side orders for free. We had to wait for 17 minutes to get to window 1 there were only 3 cars in front of us. The lady at window 1 told us there is no side orders available only the coal slaw. I told the lady that there is no sign to say that there is no milk shakes, snack burgers ext and told her that they have to go and pun up a sign saying that it is out of stock. We ordered 2 x 9 piece buckets. After my sister payed and got the slip the lady told us the food is still being cooked an we have to wait 20 minutes. This made me very angry as this is not the first time that this had happened at this branch. We were not able to leave as the lane were blocked with cars. The order after paying the food took 38 min. Eventually at window 2 our order were placed in hamburger bokses. come on how can any company operate like this??? I will tell every person about the bad service Akasia is offering there clients.
