Card Payment system Offline

Just after 12h00 today on the 24th of May 2013, I went to KFC at Hazeldean. I ordered and wanted to pay with my card and she told me their system is offline since yesterday. She tried my card anyway, but it didn't go through. Then, she said I must pay cash, I told her I don't carry cash with me. She still thought I will pay - draw money and come back. I said she must cancel the order. It's time consuming to draw money and stand in the row again. This is not the first time that KFC had a problem with their card system!
Why don't the other fast food Suppliers have the same problem?
This is plain - Bad Service!
