Misleading advertisement / bad product

My wife and I went to the Steers in Centurion Lifestyle Centre to try the Bacon and Cheese burger as I have heard from a friend that is is good.

The order took about 5min to complete as we had to repeat ourselves about 5 times to specify the combo that we wanted (Chicken) and literally another 5 times to confirm that we do not want any tomato on any burger.

We sat down and waited quite a while, eventually we got our burgers and I specifically checked if there was tomato on, and what do you know, there was tomato on. We then told the waitron that we asked for no tomato and she then looked at me and said "there is no tomato on it"???

Well, we took off the tomato, but what a surprise we got when we had a closer look at the burger. The chicken piece looked like it was soaked in oil, and thrown on the ground as it was this white gross peice with small black speckles all over it. My wife just left her burger as it was disgusting, I had a bite and even with all the sauce, bacon and cheese on it, it tasted like nothing.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. What happened to the awesome pic you have on the menu, this burger was far from it!!
