Its payday and your systems fell ove

Ok explain this one to me... it is payday I walk into your branch and I am told system is offline, no problem this happens your lady tells me to go and draw cash at the next bank, go put in my card and only to be told that there is no money in my account what the... I receive my salary today and now because of your system glitch i wasted an hour of my time to go to a bank that does not work "ASK WHY??? " because no other bank system has ever fallen over like yours that is WHY... I can not even go and buy my babies milk or any other items I word on comission if the system broke the way it did you could you have OR NO you should have sms'ed your clients to say that you are working a BIG problem and it will be fixed shortly that NO chip card can draw cash and you houndend me to get a new card, who is going to pay for the fact that i waisted my time as I work on comission who is going to pay me for the fact that i now have to go out again tomorrow to do the same thing!!! Who is going to refund me the amount that was charged to tell me that i dont have any money in my account. I expect an answer and a formal appology.
