Poor Service - Raw Food

Visited the restaurant on 3 May 2013 at about 18h00. Not very many customers in the outlet. We waited ages for the food. Part of the order was 2 potato skin dishes. When we finally received the food (we were 6 People) the potatoes in the potato dish was hard and uncooked. We called for the Manager who acknowledged that the potatoes were not properly cooked and he acknowledged a problem in the kitchen. That was the last we saw of him. No apology - No offer of a replacement dish and then we were fully charged for the meals. Overall the other meals were bland and not very nice to eat. I had guests with me and did not want to create a scene. This Outlet and Manager is an embarressment to the franchise.
