La Playa Cafe
Bad customer service, bad food

My family and I stopped to have Sunday lunch at the La Playa restaurant on the Waterfront, we try to get together at least once a month so it's a meant to be a great family time, initially we had ok service levels when our food came this was the outcome, ones calamari was burned, the other T-Bone steak was so dry u could barely eat it the baked potatoes that came with it was hard and did not taste nice at all, they forgot to order one of our meals which was a pasta this was only brought to the table when we had almost finished our food and the manager at this stage only came to tell us they had forgotten to process the one order and not to worry it will go quickly a sincere apology was totally absent we decided not to say anything as we wanted to enjoy our lunch without any issues, the trouble was we found hair in one plate the manager was totally unapologetic saying it was mushroom hair, no manner of good customer service no apology they actually had the audacity to get upset at us, we will definitely never go back to this restaurant they not exactly cheap and the food is horrible and the service even worst, I fear to think of the hygiene levels, world class most absolutely not
