Extra filling with a side of bad taste

After receiving my Chicken perinaise pizzones, i began devouring it, as i reached the middle of the pizzone, to my surprise i found a strand of hair!!! At first, i assumed it was the mushrooms but after carefully examing, I had had discovered it was a strand of hair.

so i decided to call up the franchise to inform them of my disgusting experience, the employee whom answered the phone asked if i would like another pizzone or would i prefer a refrund. I informed him that i would rather have my money refunded, then he had confirmed that he would have my money dropped off. however this has not materialised up to today.
