KFC to double charge and provide poor service

A friend and I decided we would try the new double down burger. We placed our order, the shop was empty and the staff were lazing around on a Friday night. At the counter was Sylvia, where I opted to pay by card. This is where all the trouble and incompetence started. As there was no rush according Sylvia she took her time in preparing our food, but the time was not spent on preparing the food... She went round the back of the shop and chatted to the staff at our expense, this was a problem because in the meantime the card transaction had gone through successfully... And the timed out giving an error on the system. Now you can imagine what the state of our food had been since its the beginning of winter it had been sitting in the counter for a while now. Next to assist was Kobela, who with Yusuf were the managers. But the only thing they provided was more frustration, anger and poor service as they wanted me to swipe my card again, where my phone clearly indicated the money had been withdrawn from my account. So next I phoned the branch manager Ben, in hope they he would assist, but he would just not bother and like a record machine stuck on repeat. Text limitation-details missing
