Raw Ready to eat potato salad!

I served a box of ready to eat Werda potato salad as a side dish with my braai to guests! Very embarrassed as the potatoes were undercooked and raw! I visited Werda website and lodged a complaint via e-mail.
24 Hours have passed and I am yet to receive a response from them!
