Potato dish glassy after being cooked

We purchased the 'Ready to micro creamy potato' dish from Woolworths in Waterkloof Lifestyle Centre branch. We cooked it as per instruction. The result was more than devastating to say the least. The potatoes were glassy and of inferior quality. I normally know that I get good quality food at Woolworths and that there is never a comeback. This is the first time that I have found a discrepancy with food at your store. I have taken a photo of the packet and date stamp if you need to see it. Unacceptable.
