Ad attitude bad customer service and spoiled food

We called in to order the livers and chips from barcelos, firslty the cashier (Michelle) was very rude she didn't even tell us how much the order came to or if there is anything else we needed we had to call back 3 times. When we received the food the livers was spoilt when we called back to complain the lady says its not her problem as she is not in the kitchen she is only the cashier. We then hung up and she kept calling us from her personal phone swearing and saying she does not work in the kitchen. I then called the manager Jabulani who was very understanding he said that he will send the driver back with a full refund!
