Manager shouts & points fingers infront of client

On Tuesday night, we placed an order for a couple of meals. When the cashier called for "void" about 10 times in 2 minutes, the manager came strolling along as if she had all the time in the world

Then once the order was finalized, the cashier let the kitchen staff know what she required. She then let me know that she is just waiting on the box master meal.
About 5 min later, the cashier started getting a bit frustrated, like myself at the kitchen staff. She probably shouted about 10-15 times "boxmaster please"

Then the manager shouted and pointed at her very angrily and rude "Ya ya, you only shouted now so just be patient" - Which was not the case.

Then 3 min later the manager was still busy with the box master after the cashier shouting another 3 times. The managers response again was "ya, jarre! It's coming"

When I then called for the manager to come to the front she told the cashier "you dont give me orders"

All of this was done in front of a lot of clients.

Shocking service from the manager. The cashier was pleasant and I felt her frustration.

That manager needs a wake up call, because her service and attitude towards the canal walk KFC staff is disgusting.
