Staff don't care

My husband and I love this branch of Barcelos but tonight was different. The staff were more interested in their conversations in the kitchen than concentrating on the food. They were making such a noise. Not only is that the only thing, the ladies wearing hairnets had more hair out of the nets than in the nets. I've worked at a restaurant and I know all of yoItur hair needs to be in the nets. The manager looks like she didn't care and was just sitting in the kitchen. There is definitely no discipline in the branch.
