Poor Service

Placed and order @ 10:25 with Barcelos Broadway, called the the Branch on three occasions inquiring ETA on Delivery, all i was told was delivery has left and on its way, received delivery @ 11:38, upon receiving delivery the food was cold, the two packets of full chicken was soaked and torn, there was no sauce at all on any of the two chicken, the livers we ordered was also exceptionally cold with very little sauce int the plastic tub. We also ordered am extra bowl of sauce which was not on the invoice or delivered. I called the branch to speak to the Manager (Russel) I was put on hold for over four minutes only for the person who answered the phone to tell me please call back as Russel is busy. I called back asked for Russel only to be told he is unavailable. If this the type of service we receive from a huge concern such as Barcelos I find this unacceptable. Mahesh
