Barcelos service really Disgusting

Hi, On Friday 26.07.13 we went to Barcelos in phoenix and ordered our foods as take away at 6.40pm and waited till 7.30pm and the food was still not ready. everytime we asked the cashier how far was our food they alwas said its getting reday. I think this is really terrible service and I think they had forgotten to even make the food cause its does not take you over an hour to prepare a grilled chicken and chips and the Manger Nelson was so rude he didnt even apologise for the inconveince and with attitude just said give thier money back..

THE SERVICE SUCKED!!! AND WAS DISGUSTING
