Mugg and bean musgrave centre, bad service

Teusday eve s friend and I decideto eat at mugg and beanwhile we at the centre. The terrible service starts with the food I am brought. When you order a creamy mushroom and rocket burger you expect...? A creamy mushroom androcket burger. What I got was a bun, patty, thick slice of tomato, lettice, a lot of mushroom sauce which tastes aweful, not to the standard of mugg and bean, and over fried chips, about 10 on the plate. They looked like old tiny potatoes wee used. I didn't complain. That was my mistake. When we don't complain we telling the staff, the chef, the manager, the franchise, that they have done a brilliant job! far from it. Next was paying for the bill. I swipe my card, the waiter hean amount outof nowhere, we decline the transaction and start again. Next my card declines. The amount swiped the first time has been debited from my account. I tell the waiter and he is trying to convinceme it will reverse and so does the manager on duty that eve. I work for a bank, I know these transactions, I am well aware that they won't revrese. He insists though so I tell them I will check my acc the next day and phone in. I checked yesterday 2013-01-16, no reversal. Dissapointed!
