Appauling attitude

The 6th of January as well as 2 days ago, 12th of January my fiance and I stopped at the Wimpy at the Engen one stop petrol station on the N1, aprox 20KM inbound to Cape Town. Both times were around 5pm-6pm.

The staff behind the counter rather gossip amongst themselves than offer to take your order. When we ask them to take our order, they offer us none of the respect we showed them. Responding in blunt irritated phrases.

When they pointed us to the counter where our ice-creams were (didn't bring it to us), we asked them if there are spoons she responded with an irritated rolling of the eyes and a click of the tongue.

I am utterly disgusted with the staffs blatant rudeness. For people working in the service industry they make it very clear they don't want our service.

The fact that this happened on two occasions just leaves a horrible taste in my mouth.
