Blue Cheese is VERY expensive

I went to mugg and bean to eat out whilst waiting to go to my next meeting. My Wife and I each ordered our drinks, then decided to rather just order a plate of chips and eat a burger elsewhere. We decided to get a cheese sauce to go alongside. The waiter informed us that they only had blue cheese and asked if that would be OK. We said that's fine and duly waited for our food to arrive. Just as our food was about to be brought to us I saw the Owner/Manager (an elderly lady, wearing pink on the day, her foot was in an air cast) walk over to our waiter and promptly moan at him because how dare he bring us so much sauce, Blue Cheese is VERY expensive, doesn't he know that? Well apart from being very rude to discuss a matter with the customer only 4 meters away, and your voice was raised, BUT, I paid full price for a VERY small container of sauce ( -50-100ml, which is normal from any place), however mine arrived half full. I didn't bother talking to said manager and complaining, because heaven knows maybe I also need to know about how expensive blue cheese actually is. If you own a franchise, stick to how the franchise does things. This is a first for me at a mugg and bean.
