OMW I CANT BELIEVE NO RESPONSE!!

HI THERE, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED TO MY RESPONSE ON THIS BELOW COMPLAINT!!! IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE RUBBED THEIR ON MY COMPLAINT..FOR YOUR INFORMATION I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM KFC AVONWOOD MALL AND AT THE MOMENT I FEEL LIKE SHAMING THE KFC NAME... PLEASE SEE BELOW..Just had an awful experience at kfc avonwood mall. Stand in queue for drive tru an there's no one for 5 minutes to take orders.someone came and I place order. When I collect order I ask LUTFIA what pieces in streetwise 5 she just answered me with an attitude. Took the stuff when we drove then we discovered there is no tomato sauce and chilli salt. Went back and told her I don't want the stuff and she grabbed the stuff not even apologising to me for the shocking service. They were laughing at the back and I just knew it was for me.then PETRO came not also even making eye contact with and this giving my money saying R60 not even apologising as well. That
Is the most disgusting SERVICE I got from this store. Please send ur people for customer service training!!!
