Sent to Mugg & Bean Head Office - I would like to bring to your attention the service I received from your staff on Saturday 29th June at Mugg & Bean - Lonehill. I ordered a rocket and mushroom burger and the patty had to be medium rare from your waiter. I waited for quite some time and when it arrived It was ICE COLD (probably been in the pass for 15-20min) - Anyway I sent it back and do you know what your F%$$& staff did!!! They stripped my burger, removed the patty and then just warmed up the patty, reconstructed it with the rest of what they removed and then served it to me again. Firstly, YOU DO NOT REMOVE OR DECONSTRUCT ONES MEAL BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT - YOU DO IT OVER (YOU CHEAP ) - NEEDLESS TO SAY, MY PATTY WAS NOW WELLDONE - I then asked for the manager and was sent some school kid that had just finished his midterms exams - to come and tell me what I already knew, you want to run a restaurant with staff like that, kids, an image that doesn't say much when there is a problem - I don't like Mugg & Bean because of the poor service they give and it proved itself once again.
