Waiting in drive through

I was waiting in the que at the drive through for over 30 minutes, no explanation, or apology...

Then after paying still had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes in the parking area.

I have checked all the complaints about the Long Road KFC on Hellopeter and I am taking my money elsewhere...
