Burnt and dry chicken

My husband bought this R129.95 meal and they gave him a burnt dry and even black bitter chicken. When he went back to complain they just gave him the very same chicken just dip it into a sauce and give it to him. When he complaints about mealies they told him that's how it is, it was never grilled they just dip it into sauce as well. I want to know if this is how we suppose to be treated as customers. I need that manager to be sorted out as soon as possible because he's got a bad attitude if you are a manager u must know how to treat customers. My Order number was 97. I would appreciate it if this matter is taken into consideration. Thank you
