Burnt Chicken just because it is a take away

On The 15 July 2013, I bought the full Chicken with 4 rolls cost R109 flavour was lemon and herb. Me and my Husband were not going to sit it was a take away. Our Ticket number was number 41. We got the chicken off we went... when we got home the Chicken was burnt... pieces like a drumstick the bone also was burnt. We wanted to go back and show it to them just because its take away and the only time you get to check is whn you home... does not mean that we deserve that for our money. Lesson do not buy there or check your purchase before going home if its take away.
