Bad Service and Late delivery

Dear Kfc

I am a very loyal Kfc supporter, but after my experience today, I'm starting to think again. I went to the Kfc N2 Petroport North Bound this morning at 5:55am. There were a number of patrons waiting to purchase but the store was closed as it stipulated it opened at 6:00am. I waited till 6:22am and decided to take my business elsewhere as by that time I was fuming! We tried to knock on the doors to show staff the time, but they just looked at us and carried on looking busy. I am very upset as I was given the duty to purchase breakfast for me and my collegues. I am highly disapointed with the level of service I recieved this morning. I won't be going to that Kfc ever!!!
