Dry burnt chicken served with attitude

Last week I ordered the full chicken meal that comes with Jumbo chips and 4 rolls. I then requested that the meat gets cut in 8.I ordered at 17:30 and advised that I'll collect it around 18:00. Upon arrival at Nandos kholoufelo was assisting me I mentioned to her that my transport was waiting for me thus must hurry up however not only did that fall on deaf ears however the was an attitude to support it when requested that she hurry I was already walking out when she called after me to get the butters and if that was not surreal enough I get home an the chicken is burnt and dry and I specifically requested for extra sauce and perenaise sauce which was also not in the bag. I'm extremely livid and will be sending the message around.
