I do not want free food, but Good food for my money

Ef 35189... was resolved by Lebohang Mazibuko after recieving a call from a woman called Natasha... asking me question why I did not call the number on my slip after they (Nandos) gave me the burnt chicken (I only realised that the chicken was burnt when I got home). She went on and on that I should have called them to deliver but my point is they must not give people burnt chicken just because its take away not sitting-in. She offered me to come for free food and that also was another insult as if I want free food hence I am complaining... All I want is for them to serve the customers the way they would want to be served. for them to do the right thing first time around.
