Burnt offerings!

I went to Nandos Blackheath (cnr Judges ave and Beyers Naude) on Sunday 10.02.2013. I placed an order for 2x chicken strips and spicy rice for takeaway. When I got home and opened the boxes the chicken strips were burnt, the spicy rice was plain dry white rice. This isnt the first time I got burnt chicken from that particular Nandos branch, and in talking to a few of my relatives it seems that it is the norm for Nandos Blackheath to serve burnt chicken. Needless to say this experience has put me off of Nandos.
