Worst Service Eve

I have reported a complaint about my Prestige Banker about 4 weeks ago. A lady from customer service called me and said she would arrange to change my banker. I have yet to get response from her.
I have called numerous times and asked for feedback. Apparently i have a new presitge banker - out of my area. And still not response from Standard Bank.
I'm ready to change banks now due their lack of service.
Prestige Banking service is pathetic and a waste of money.
