Unable to make use of my online profile

I used to use my debit card to access my standard bank online porfile. I was unable to logon when the card expired, spoke to the call centre who said just register another card and everything will be fine. Did that and then none of my limits, linked accounts or beneficiaries were migrated. Called the prestige call centre who said, go into the branch or call your prestige banker. I would expect in this day and age the importance of migrating a customer profile to an already linked card/account could be done by verifying the customer. Anyways, sent my prestige banker an email, no response. Send it to another person who previously stood in for her, still no response. Not even an out of office, or you have the wrong person. logged a complaint on the standard bank site and still nothing. Cant believe this is the customer service you get from standard bank, whats the use of have a prestige banker if you cant contact them or they dont respond.
