Im dissapointed with the service I have received from FNB Bank when I opened my account last year September 2012, I was offered a Platinum Account, and advised by the person who opened up my account that I will be contacted by the Private Banker as soon as the banker has been allocated. I will go to the bank to enquire as who is my banker, I will be told that they will call me. On Monday the 4/01/13 I went to the Pavillion Branch and dealt with Nokukhanya, I wanted to close off my account she asked me why I wanted to close off my account. I told her that FNB has not meet my expectations, and told her about the Private banker she looked at me with a disgust look and said to me I must call the private banker if I need help she went on asking me why must they call you in an attacking manor. She said she will the person who opened my account to close it for me. I said to her you cant close off my account. She then dissappeared and came back and asked me where I stayed I said what that has to do with closing off my account. The branch doesnt have the complain and compliment book, Service is bad FNB must stop misleading people on their false advertisment I cant wait to have my account cl
