Illegal deductions on account

My checque account has a deduction for counter statement fees on the 25 April 2013. Last time I was in the bank was teh first week of April and did not receive any statement. I was never in the bank on the 25 April or received a statement. I request an explanation for this and a reversal of the illegal deduction on my account. I have queried this at the bank on teh day it happened but no one has responded.
