I want my refund

Friday the 19th of April, i called Eileen advising her to change the commencement date on my insurance contract as i have not received the vehicle. To my surprise on the 23rd i received an sms notification, deduction for the vehicle that i didn't have. I called Eileen on the 24th asking her what happened as i want my refund, she asked to fax proof from the dealer. I couldn't understand why as i spoke with and she never told me anything about debit orders. I received my vehicle Thursday, since i had the proof i have faxed to her, called her today left a message to call me back, i am still waiting... so frustrated as now i am wasting my time making calls to her sending stupid proofs and she is not even bothering herself to call me back... so much hassles before i even have my car...
