VOXCONS Deduction of R45 from my account!

Dear HelloPeter
Please help me. I have discovered this deduction on my bank statement. While I havent received statements in the past for a very long time, I recently got a statement via e-mail.
I have reported this to my bank who told me that they can't stop the stoporder, they can only request a single refund of the previous months deduction. I dont have the time to do that each month. I have never signed a stopoder with VOXCONS and I dont use any of their products! I want my money back, and I want this stoporder cancelled.
Can you please help me.
