ATM keeps money and now im still waiting

I withdrew money and it didnt come out. I logged the cal beginning MARCH .. IT is now April almost MAY
NO ONE has bothered coming back to me ..
I logged the complaint on twitter and they called me after a week and NOW STILL NO FEEDBACK

I WANT MY 2000 AND INTEREST ASAP COS YOUR INCOMPETENT STAFF DOESNT RESOLVE ANYTHING ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS???
