I WANT MY MONEY!!!

I am really disappointed with the pathetic service I have received from standard bank so far! On Friday 19/7/2013 at 17.10pm I went to a standard bank atm to withdraw money. The money popped out and was then retracted by the atm. Being a week before payday and having that money for my expenses taken away, you can imagine my shock and dismay. I immediately phoned the call center and spoke to an uninterested Lusisipho who logged a query and gave me a reference number and said id get feedback in 15 days!!! I could die from starvation in that time. No callback, no sms, no email, nothing!!! To give me feedback on what's going on!! And here I am borrowing money to get by while I wait for MY money returned to my account... I called the call centre today for feedback and was told that 'theres no notes or whatever on the system'I mean really!!! Its my money!!! How the do I get it back!!! i will definately be moving to FNB because they know what they are doing and customer is king!!! standard bank does not care!!! PEOPLE DO NOT USE STANDARD BANK ATMS!!! STANDARD BANK IS THE WORST BANK EVER!!!
