Disgusting service from Standard Bank

I haven't received such appalling service in a really long time! On 27th June someone withdrew money from my account. I had (and still have) my bank card on my person and nobody has access to my pin. On receipt of an sms via cellphone banking alerting me of this transaction, I phoned Standard Bank immediately. I was transferred to the department where my case was logged and I was told someone would get back to me within 3 days. 6 days later I called to follow up, and after holding for almost an hour, I finally got through to someone. I asked why I had received no feedback and was told investigations were being carried out. Surely someone would need to phone me and ask me some questions as part of the investigation??? Anyway, I was told that my case has been logged and will take up to 10 days to investigate. I was given a reference number. I tweeted about the horrible service I had received and had one of the consultants call me to assure me that someone would keep me updated on my claim and that an investigator will call me within 3 days. That was last week Friday. Today marks 15 days since I first logged my complaint. I'm exactly where I was all those days ago!
